Starting with 120 docks in 10 locations between Goregaon and Borivali, the partnership plans to add 50 locations by the end of 2022 to cover the western line from Churchgate to Mira-Bhayandar.
Volupt, Adani Electricity and Hero Electric Networks have come together to establish and enhance infrastructure to bridge the energy and technology gap, an official statement said.
Under this tie-up, Voltup will be able to provide instant power to Zomato delivery agents, who find it challenging to charge their 2-wheeler batteries. Instant battery swapping will help Zomato delivery partners in Mumbai to have a seamless experience without having to worry about charging the battery.
