Wait what?! Delhi vendor made a fusion dish called Tandoori Kulcha Omelette

While we’re used to the classic breakfast combination of bread omelets; This Delhi street vendor decided to add a double desi twist by replacing the bread with the lovely kulcha and adding a tandoori tadka. In the video, we see the vendor prepare a desi omelet with tandoori masala, spices, tomatoes and onions. After this, the vendors cook the omelet on the pan and put cheese slices on it. Then he folds the omelet and puts it in the middle of the kulcha. The omelet sandwiched between kulchas is cooked in a generous amount of butter, like most street food nowadays.
