CTET candidates demand clarity on result date (Representational image)
CTET Result 2021 is yet to be announced. Over 20 lakh candidates waiting for the result started protesting online.

Common Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) The result was to be declared on February 15, but the result has not been declared till date. More than 20 lakh candidates who had registered for CTET 2021 are still waiting for the result. To make matters worse, there has been no announcement from the authorities regarding the delay nor the revised date. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) The one who was responsible for conducting the exam had said in its latest notice that the result will be declared on February 15. This has disappointed the candidates.
The delay is being widely criticized as CBSE had shifted CTET to online mode to make the exam transparent and result declaration faster. The candidates are demanding clarity from CBSE. They have started an online protest using the hashtag CTET result on microblogging site Twitter. Once declared, the CTET mark sheet will be available at ctet.nic.in.

#CTET Please declare the result. Otherwise just give a notification when you are going to declare it. It is not good to play with students’ feelings and timing. The board will release the category wise cut off list after releasing the scorecard. From this year, the eligibility lifetime of CTET certificate has also been extended. Now, the CTET certificate will be eligible for lifetime. This means that a candidate who has cleared CTET once will be eligible to get the job, if they fulfill other criteria of job selection at any point of time based on it. Earlier CTET certificates were valid only for seven years.
