Scheme Simple: The teacher says that students need to identify their pain points and set aside time to study them. We all find some subjects more difficult than others. Students often save them for later and struggle with them the day before our exams. He suggests instead that you make time for them first. Just keep revising the topics in which you find easy.
take a break: Indrakanti explains the need for breaks between long hours of study. Your mind will surely be filled with an overload of information. He suggests, students should exercise, meditate and indulge in hobbies to keep themselves relaxed and happy.
Support requests: Negative criticism is not healthy for any student. He tells you to surround yourself with people who can take constructive criticism, not just taunt you by citing your failures. Instead of telling you that you are wrong, they will help you work on your weaknesses and encourage you to perform better.
Stay Organized: To keep your thoughts at one place, Indrakanti says that it is important to keep your study material organized to avoid last minute stress. He also suggests that students make their own notes, which will help them remember more.
Be Active: Last but not the least, he asks the students to indulge in physical activities like playing sports to keep their body and mind strong and happy.
Above all, he asks students to be kind to themselves and remember that what they are experiencing is normal. He says it is important to celebrate achievements and be proud of yourself.
