New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi Revealed on Saturday that the party had offered the BSP chief Mayawati The post of Chief Minister before the recently concluded Uttar Pradesh elections.

“Constitution is the weapon of India but without institutions it has no meaning. Without institutions the constitution has no meaning. We talk about protecting the constitution. But how is the constitution implemented? With institutions. All institutions RSS are in his hands,” he alleged.
Pointing to the state of the country’s economy, Gandhi said, “It is time to fight.”
The BSP got only one seat out of 403 in the recently held assembly elections, while it got 19 seats in 2017.
