experienced test batsman Cheteshwar Pujara Scored another century for Sussex vs Surrey in the Royal London Cup One Day Championship on Sunday. Pujara smashed his way to a career-best List A score of 174 as Sussex posted 378 for 6.

On Sunday, the Sussexes batted first at a small county ground in Hove, and were 9/2 inside the first four overs when Tom Clarke (104 off 106 balls) and Pujara joined to add 205 runs for the third wicket.

Pujara, who averages around 55 in List A cricket, scored his 13th century in the 50-over format and faced a total of 131 balls in which he hit 20 fours and five sixes.

By the time he was dismissed in the 48th over, Pujara had scored almost half (350) of his team’s runs at that time.

Pujara hit a six off the ball of Matt Dunn, Conor Macker and Ryan Patel.

Spinners Amar Virdi and Yousef Majid were also toked for a maximum each.

Left-arm spinner at Grace Road in Leicester Kunal Pandya He emerged as the most successful bowler for Warwickshire with figures of 3/69 against Leicestershire in another List A game.

Pandya’s victims were Louis Kimber (78), South Africa international Wynn Mulder (68) and Aaron Lillee (33).

Leicestershire scored 338 for 8 in 50 overs.

Experienced Indian Test Fast Bowler Umesh Yadav With the wickets of Somerset opener Andrew Umaid (10) and captain James Rave (114), figures of 2/58 in 10 overs continued their good run for Middlesex in the ongoing 50-over competition.

Umesh currently has 13 wickets in four matches with five wickets and four wickets in hand. Somerset scored 335 for 6 in 50 overs.

India pacer, Navdeep Saini had figures of 0/43 for Kent against Northamptonshire, who were bowled out for 210 on the day.

While Saini went without a wicket, it was the lowest run ever in the Royal London Cup, having scored over 61, 71 and 68 in his last three matches.

Jemima Rodrigues Was dismissed cheaply for 2 runs but her team Northern Superchargers beat London Spirit by five runs in ‘The Hundred Women’s Competition’ game in Leeds.

Rodrigues was clean bowled on a leg-cutter by seamer Freya Davis.

Pujara played a quick innings of 107 runs in just 79 balls against Warwickshire on Friday. Suffice to say, Pujara is working on a completely different level right now.
