A video showing an entire pride of lions running for safety after being approached by a herd of elephants is going viral on the internet. The video was shared on Twitter by a user named Lance on Monday and has since collected over 1.4 million views and nearly 40,000 likes.
In the video, a pack of lions is seen huddled together as a frightened elephant herd arrives at the scene. Seconds later, the frightened lion cubs are suddenly seen running from the scene, and the parents join them in no time. However, a grizzly lion stands its ground in a short-lived stare-down with a large herd strutting its way through the jungle.

The video was posted on Twitter with the caption, “I was wondering what a pack of lions could do to something like this.”

Meanwhile, speaking of lions, first a video old lion trampled by a herd of buffaloes surfaced on social media. The video shows a herd of buffaloes attacking the old cat with their horns. According to the caption of the post, the older lion named Dark Mane Avoca was tossed around and trampled for about 15 minutes, after which the rest of the lions came to his aid.
