Til Papdi Recipe | How to make Til Papdi

Step 1 – Take sesame and sugar in equal quantity. Dry roast the sesame seeds on low flame. Transfer to a plate.

Step 2 – Grease the roti board and cylinder with a little ghee.

Step 3 – Make syrup by boiling sugar and water together. Add lemon juice to avoid crystallization. To give the unique taste of papdi, add some cardamom powder to it. Boil till you get a thick, golden colored syrup.

Step 4 – Add roasted sesame seeds to the syrup and make small balls with the help of a rolling pin. That’s all.
