How to make Crispy Kachori in Rajasthani Style:
To make this dish first we need to soak urad dal And grind it coarsely. Then take fennel, black pepper, coriander, cumin in another bowl and grind them coarsely.
Now heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida in it. Add coarsely ground spices and fry it. Add lentil paste to it and mix everything together.
Add salt, chaat masala, red chili powder and mix it for seven to eight minutes. And the masala for stuffing is ready.
After this prepare the kachori dough. flour and Semolina in a bowl; Add salt and oregano to it; Add some oil and dry mixture. Slowly add water, knead the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Take a small ball of dough, roll it out and add some stuffing. Tuck in the edges and press down with your hands. After getting the desired shape, deep fry the kachoris in hot oil.
