Winters bring healthy green peas into the season, and a delicious way to incorporate this vegetable into your meals is through this Matar Mysore Bonda. Thanks to Youtube-based food blogger “Cook With Parul”, we were able to find a recipe video of this crunchy snack with detailed recipe instructions. To make this bonda, make a thick batter of peas and fry them till golden brown.

How to make Matar Mysore Bonda Bhajji:
First you have to make the matar masala. In a mixer grinder, add green peas, green chillies, ginger and garlic cloves. Grind it, you don’t need to make a fine paste. Keep it aside. In a bowl add curd, cumin, curry leaves, baking soda and beat well. Now, add binding ingredients like maida and rice flour. After this add the pea mixture, green onions and coriander. Add some water to make a thick batter, let it rest for 10 minutes. Deep fry the bonda till it turns golden brown.
