Also, mustard and spinach, fresh and aromatic fenugreek (or methi) leaves are our absolute favourites. Fenugreek Its herb and tangy flavor adds and enhances the taste of any dish. Not to mention the wealth of health benefits it provides. Correct us if we are wrong, the most common dish made with fenugreek in Indian households is the simple and humble aloo methi ki sabzi. Just to use the same combination but with a twist, we share with you the recipe of Aloo Methi Paratha.

Be it summer or winter, paratha is always a winner on our breakfast table. While aloo parathas will always top our list of favorite parathas, we decided to give a twist to this recipe with the addition of fenugreek. And we loved it. The recipe of Aloo Methi Paratha was shared by food vlogger Reshu on her YouTube channel ‘Cooking with Reshu’. Gram flour is mixed with flour in this recipe to make the paratha crispy.

Aloo Methi Paratha Recipe. How to make Aloo Methi Paratha:

Mix gram flour and flour. Add some fenugreek leaves and grated boiled potatoes. Season with salt, green chili. Red chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed carom seeds and asafoetida. Also put 1 tsp ghee. You can also add curd or cream instead of ghee. Knead the dough and make parathas.
