First of all, a large kadhai is kept for heating and one kilo of ghee is melted. After the ghee melts, flour (wheat flour) is put in the pan. The secret of why the Gurudwara kada prasad looks so delicious is that the amount of ghee they use in the halwa is the same as that of flour and sugar. The flour is fried in ghee until its color changes and the color of the kada prasad becomes brown. After this, boiling water is added to the ghee-flour mixture. Finally, sugar is added to the mixture. After the pudding is ready, it is taken out and served in recyclable leaf plates. This video has been shot at Gurdwara Bangla Sahib, Delhi.
