Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun is making all the right noises to make his 2022 Indian Premier League debut. Franchisee Mumbai Indians, which bought him in the mega auction for Rs 30 lakh, are also doing the rounds on social media with Arjun’s net practice sequences.
In a recent video shared by Mumbai Indians, 22-year-old Arjun can be seen drilling his yorker, which can send chills down the spine of the rival batsmen. Ball one goes down the leg side, but ball two flattens the leg stump. And Ball Three also hit the shoe kept near the leg stump and kissed.
“Arjun is full of ages!” Mumbai Indians captioned the video posted on Instagram.
Within no time this video went viral on the social media platform. Fans are urging the Mumbai Indians team management to provide Arjun an opportunity to showcase his talent.

Arjun, a young left-arm fast bowler, has been a part of the Mumbai Indians team for the past few years as a net bowler. He was also picked by the Mumbai-based franchise in the 2021 IPL auction. Arjun didn’t get a game in the previous edition but the five-time champion made him a re-inducted into the 2022 squad.
Ahead of their match against Lucknow Super Giants, there was talk that Arjun might be named in the playing XI as the team posted his picture on their Instagram account. But it was Fabian Allen who made his debut in the end.
Mumbai Indians’ current season has turned out to be a nightmare for them as the Rohit Sharma-led side are ranked 10th after 13 matches with just three wins and 10 losses.
Mumbai Indians will play their last league match against Delhi Capitals on 21st May at the Wankhede Stadium.
