1. Soaked Oats Overnight:

Combine oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melon seeds in a mason jar and let them soak overnight. The next morning, garnish with sliced ​​or chopped apples, sweeten with dates and cinnamon powder, add crunch with walnuts, and garnish with chocolate shavings.
