One such creation is the super-specialty of renowned pastry chef Amaury Guichon, who is renowned for his incredible chocolate masterpieces. A video of his latest creation, a phoenix made of chocolate, is doing the rounds on the internet.

In the video, Mr. Guichon can be seen making chocolate masterpieces from largest to smallest components and then assembling them together. They can also be seen making the smallest wings of the chocolate phoenix and then sticking it on. Mr. Guichon then finalizes the incredible artwork adding its incredible color.
After being shared on Instagram, the video has garnered over 12.8 million views and 8.5 lakh likes. Several users have flooded the comments section praising the artist and his creation.
