Street food plays an important role in defining the Indian food habit. If you explore, you will find no dearth of variety in street food across the country. In fact, there is something unique in every field. For example, Mumbai’s Sev Puri, Bengali Alur Chop and more. Then there are some popular food options that broke barriers and became famous across the country – samosas, panipuri and momos are some of the popular examples. Another such popular example is the egg roll. Scrambled eggs on parathas and egg rolls stuffed with ketchup, masalas and vegetables define the indulgence. The popularity of this delicious food increases to such an extent that people experiment with eating it. Some put potato stuffing in it and some put mayonnaise inside. We found a video in which there are 3 double egg rolls in one big roll. Yes, you heard us!
Food bloggers Vivek and Ayesha recently shared a video of this giant egg roll from Nashik on their Instagram handle ‘@eatographers’. As per the video, the roll is 1.5 feet long and is called ‘Bahubali Roll’. It is reportedly also being considered as the biggest role of Nashik. So, what goes into making this huge roll?
The giant egg roll contains six eggs, chicken mince, chicken masala, onions, ketchup and a variety of spices. Sounds gracious, doesn’t it?
