How to Make 5 Mint Amla Chutney – Recipe by Chef Anahita Dhundy:

In this amla chutney recipe, we also use fresh chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger and cumin powder to enhance the taste of the dish. And yes, we also use salt and sugar according to our taste.

First wash the gooseberry and cut it into small pieces. Then, add all Material Grind the coriander leaves in a grinder and make a smooth paste. Add coriander and mix with ice cold water if needed.
