Green gram is combined with oats to make this high-protein snack, again a protein- and fiber-rich food that’s also super tasty. Wait, there’s more. Another winter special vegetable – spinach – is also added to this tikki to enhance its taste and nutritional value.

All you have to do is mix all the ingredients together, make tikkis and cook. Mix together boiled green gram, spinach, oat flour, coriander leaves, lemon juice and gram flour, and spices like ginger, garlic, salt to taste and chaat masala. Shape the mixture into tikkis and shallow fry them.
