To prepare it, you just need some basic kitchen ingredients like corn flour, plain flour, salt to taste, turmeric powder, and a few other spices. Then you need oil to deep fry it. If you want to bake it, you can do that too. So let’s take a look below to watch the full video.
Kurkure Nachos Recipe: How to make Kurkure Nachos
First of all prepare the dough by mixing maize flour, all purpose flour, salt as per taste, turmeric powder and black pepper powder. Prepare a soft dough by adding water in batches. do not overdo it.
Keep it aside for a few minutes. Now roll out the dough like a chapati. Poke a hole with the help of a fork. Once done, cut out the rolled out dough using a pizza roller. Make small triangle shaped nachos.
Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the nachos till they turn crisp and golden brown. If you want to bake it, preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius and then bake the nachos for 5 minutes. Watch the above video completely to make the masala.
