To make this pakora, first you have to make a batter of pakoras. First mix gram flour, black pepper powder, coriander seeds, asafoetida, baking soda, turmeric powder, sesame and salt together. Make a smooth batter by adding water.

You can go for different types of cheeses like cheese cubes, processed cheese or mozzarella cheese. Make sure the paneer cubes you use are fridge temperature, not room temperature. Coat the paneer cubes in the pakoda batter. Heat oil in a pan, you can deep fry or shallow fry the pakoras. After frying the pakodas, the paneer pakodas are ready!
