About Kolhapuri Paneer Recipe: How to Make Kolhapuri Paneer Curry at Home
To make this paneer curry, first you have to make kolhapuri masala. Start roasting the whole spices till they become fragrant. Add dry coconut and fry till golden. Take out all the roasted whole spices in a plate. In the same pan, fry onion, garlic and ginger in oil. Remove from pan. Make a smooth paste by grinding roasted onion-ginger-garlic with roasted whole spices and add little water if needed. Keep it aside.
For curry, take the same pan and fry the tomatoes in oil till they melt. Add spice powders like turmeric, red chilli and asafoetida. Add kolhapuri masala and mix well. Add water to the spices and add salt, mix well until a paste is formed. Add the paneer cubes and let the curry cook till well combined. Garnish with some coriander leaves while serving. Add some chopped onions and lemon wedges to it.
