My breakfast: I start my day by drinking a glass of warm water mixed with lemon or apple cider vinegar and honey. After 1 hour, I have two brown breads with 5 egg whites and a lot of lettuce. Sometimes I just eat corn flakes and double toned milk.
My lunch: A big bowl of steamed vegetables, tur dal, chicken stew without salt and a lot of salad. Sometimes I prefer a chapati with steamed vegetables and tuna or tilapia fish.
In the evening, I like to eat fruits like apple, seasonal, watermelon, papaya, pineapple with a bowl of sour curd.
My dinner: I make sure I eat boiled oats with double toned milk, protein bar and 1 tbsp of honey. Sometimes I eat steamed chicken stew and 1 cup of brown rice with a salad.
Pre-Workout Meal: Before working out, I make sure that I eat the right amount of protein. So to maintain it I eat 5-6 egg whites, soybean seeds, 1 cup of black coffee or green tea with some honey.
Post workout meal: I prefer to eat sprouts, chia seeds mixed with water, raw chickpeas, 1 protein bar.
I indulge in (what you eat on your cheat days): I only cheat once a week, so on that day I like to eat Bengali style homemade food, white rice, chicken curry etc.
Low-Calorie Recipes I Swear by: Curd Cornflakes, Fruit Salad, Oats with Honey and Fruits, Oatmeal.
