My breakfast: Poha, Upma, Vermicelli, Sandwich, Omelette, Paneer Paratha etc were always freshly made snacks.
My Lunch: I did not abstain from roti or rice and ate only home cooked food – 1 bowl of dal, 1 cup of vegetables, 1 roti and salad.
My Dinner: I made sure to finish dinner by 8 pm Any green vegetable and 1 roti or Atta Pav and Bhaji or Matar and Atta Kulcha or Idli Sambar.
Pre-Workout Meals: 5 Overnight Soaked Almonds and Chia Seeds
Post workout meal: 1 boiled egg
I indulge in (what you eat on your cheat days): For the first 4 months, I didn’t eat any cheats. Then I started eating Cheat Meal once a week, which was my favorite chaat, Golgappe!
