The World Book Fair, which is organized at the Progress Player of the country’s capital Delhi, is one of the biggest festivals of the year. It belonged to a Christian organization Gideons International (Gideons International). The posters outside this stall said that people can get the “Holy Bible” for free, this is tomorrow. However, the volunteers have now removed these posters. Volunteers at the stall told NDTV that they are not forcing anyone to have a copy of the Bible or trying to ‘convert’ people. Referring to yesterday’s protest, a volunteer said, “I have been setting up a stall at the book fair for 10 years, but this is the first time.” While in another the Bhagavad Gita is being recited.
