Kriti Sanon’s love for fitness and health is quite evident from her Instagram posts. The 32-year-old actress recently shared her thoughts on fitness and how one can keep oneself motivated. One of Kriti Sanon’s workout posts on Instagram said, “Who needs a gym to work out.”

Talking to the media, Sanon said that on days when she feels lazy and doesn’t feel like working, she tries to push herself. “You should always push yourself and motivate yourself. Put on your shoes, get ready, and just go to the gym, everything else becomes easier,” she told the national daily. Going to the gym is enough. However, Kriti said that if she really doesn’t have time, she makes sure that she at least does some stretches or walks in her room. “When I’m on the phone, I subconsciously So I feel walking is a big part of my personality.” The actress emphasized on the importance of adding hustle and bustle to her routine and said that she opts for stairs instead of elevators and if It is a short distance from her vanity van to the shoot set, so she prefers to walk.

“I think walking is one of the easiest, safest and most basic exercises we can do. 20 to 30 minutes of brisk walking a day gets your whole body and limbs moving,” Sanon told the media. The Mimi actress also said that as technology has taken over, people have stopped moving as there are convenient alternatives like lifts, cars and online shopping. “Everything is available and we don’t have to do much,” she said. However, the actress added that it is very important to start including it in her daily routine as it helps the body to attain posture, and it helps in moving the joints.
