Who’s waiting? Man addicted to Pepsi drank 10 liters a day for 20 years

We have all been guilty of sipping on aerated beverages from time to time. One big sip of our favorite drink is enough to send a chill down our spine. The high caffeine content in these drinks makes us crave it even more! However, have you ever wanted it so bad that you felt like you couldn’t function without it? Recently, we came across a strange story and it left us stunned! A UK man named Andy Curry spent nearly $8500 a year eating 30 cans of Pepsi a day for 20 years, saying he was cured – after turning to hypnotherapy.

According to Newsweek, 41-year-old Andy Curry used to drink a liter of fizzy drinks every morning and another nine liters a day. Since he first started drinking it, he’s sipped about 219,000 cans of Pepsi – about 8,000 kilograms of sugar. Curry said, “I’ve always loved the taste of a cold Pepsi. No one could beat it and I was just hooked. I work nights out, so I always like the rush of sugar to keep me going.” . I will go through four or five two-liter Pepsi bottles per day.”

Mr. Curry, who works at a Tesco supermarket, added, “Since I work at Tesco, I can buy it straight after work and take it home.” He also revealed that he could buy a car every year for the same amount as the amount he was spending on Pepsi. “I just needed to take it; as soon as I woke up, I’d go to the fridge and pour myself a big glass of Pepsi and just go on and on all day,” he said.

The 41-year-old decided to take drastic action after her weight increased to 266 pounds and her doctors warned her about her risk of developing diabetes. He did manage to lose 28 pounds, but he couldn’t stop drinking Pepsi. According to Newsweek, Curry contacted David Kilmuri, a London-based therapist and hypnotist, who diagnosed him with Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID).

Surprisingly, after just one online hypnotherapy session, Kareed recovered and drank water for the first time in two decades.
