However, a recent post on LinkedIn has left internet users divided. A man named Alexander Cohen from Austin, Texas took to professional social media networks to share about a time he saved his company some money. He talked about the time he cooked his own chicken in a coffee machine to save on his company expenses while traveling for work. @anothercohen’s tweet has garnered over 68k likes and 3.6k retweets. “I’m traveling for work and instead of eating a fancy dinner, I’ve decided to cook a cheap meal in a hotel room. Even though the hotel room didn’t have a kitchen, I still managed to use coffee Chicken masher with butter and garlic,” he wrote in the post. “Although the company allows me to spend dinner while traveling, I wanted to save money because I know every dollar is up to the P&L does. It’s the little things that get you promoted,” he said.

Twitter Users were quite confused about this post of Cohen. Some felt that cooking chicken in a coffee machine was quite unhealthy, and would likely make other people who used the machine very sick. One user wrote in the comment, ‘I will never make coffee in the hotel room again. Some others felt it was a prank and not a real incident, and the image was taken off the internet. Another user wrote, “Wow, comment again. People really don’t get the joke.” A few others shared their opinion on cooking in a hotel room, pushing the absurd post.

Later, Alexander Cohen asked in the comment section of his post, “Does anyone know how to get the chicken flavor out of the pot? Someone informed me to the hotel management and now they are threatening to charge. company card I have the file.”
