The 22-year-old man has been identified as Janigala Madhu, who was a school dropout. A case was registered against Madhu and she was scolded by Sub-Inspector Ramesh Kumar for not making such false calls in future. “Dial 100 is an emergency Service, We request people not to misuse it and call it only when there is a genuine need.”
