Earlier this month, a healthy and young woman died in Mumbai after accidentally eating noodles containing rat poison. Police said, he had accidentally put tomatoes in his food which contained rat poison. The incident is from Pascal Wadi area of Malad, Mumbai.
27-year-old Rekha Nishad had mixed poison with some tomatoes to kill the rats, but the next day, she accidentally put the same tomato in her food. The incident happened on July 21.
“While watching TV, he accidentally put tomato in his food,” said Malvani police sub-inspector Musa Devarshi. ndtv,
Hours after eating the food, she started vomiting and was taken to the nearest hospital.
The woman died on Wednesday while undergoing treatment at the hospital.
