Wondering what it’s like to be a Personal Chef? This viral video shows it all

Have you ever wondered what your life would be like if you chose a different career in your life? What if you decided to become an astronaut, a writer, or a cook, have you ever wondered what your day would look like? Secretly, we all have them! We all dream of living a life different from our own, but we never really know what it will actually be like. We just wonder and wonder! A woman decided to break the cycle. A private cook wanted to show off what her work life really looked like, and it’s not all fun and glamour. Meredith Hayden is a personal chef in New York who works 6:45 a.m. to 8:45 p.m., and her life is pretty busy! She uploaded a video showing “a day in the life of a private chef” and it went viral.

The video begins with the chef heading to the store early in the morning to buy groceries for the day. Once she returned, she began preparing her clients’ breakfasts, where she made dark chocolate chia pudding.

Immediately after breakfast, she went to prepare dessert for the night, followed by lunch. For dessert, she made a gluten-free, no-bake chocolate peanut butter pie, and for lunch, it was an heirloom tomato galette, citrus roasted salmon with salad greens. In the midst of preparing lunch, he had an early breakfast at 12:30 pm.

After serving the customers lunch at 1:30 p.m. and cleaning up, the chef had lunch at 3:30 p.m. Thereafter, she went on to prepare the snack – melons and prosciutto and served it at 4:30 pm. Then she cooks dinner, cleans the kitchen and finishes her work at 8:45 pm. to keep track:

The video was uploaded to Personal Chef’s Instagram page @wishbonekitchen and has garnered 2.6 million views and 151k likes. People were amazed to see the kind of life a private cook leads. Here’s what he said in the comments:
