Coimbatore Corporation, in partnership with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Coimbatore, Young Indians and Forge Innovation & Ventures, organized a workshop on Timeline of Urban Sector Innovation Challenges for the city of Coimbatore.
Speaking at the inaugural session, Deputy Commissioner of Corporation M Sharmila said that such a workshop would help in documenting the challenges of various departments of the civic body in an organized manner.
Corporation Commissioner M. Pratap interacted with the think-tank team members and asked them to come up with innovative and digitally enabled solutions for the challenges faced by the corporation.
CII President Prashant Subramanian said such workshops would help in the development of Coimbatore city. Vish Sahasranamam, CEO & Co-Founder, Forge Innovations & Ventures and officials of the Corporation were present.
