World’s tallest public EV charging station inaugurated in Spiti Valley – Times of India

Kaza: Pune-based start-up specializing in Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure goegonetwork Installed Bharat AC and Dual Socket Type 2 Charger in butcher, Spiti Valley in the western Himalayas, making it the world’s highest EV Charging Station (located at 3,800 m).

Bharat AC and Dual Socket Type 2 chargers have Make-in-India certification and ARAI and OCA certification compliance. The charging station is located at Hotel Dayzor and is ready to charge all EV scooters and cars.
A goEgoNetwork official and a Mumbai-based motorcycle affected person were on TVS iQube electric scooters. Bikers ride electric scooters along the Manali-Kaza route, a popular biking route in India that passes through the spectacular Kunzum-La pass.
Both the bikers reached Kaza to inaugurate the EV charging stations set up by GoiGoNetwork.
Start-up GoiGoNetwork said it is committed to setting up public charging stations in all popular destinations in India by 2030.
