Would love to do action: Disha Patani opens up on her ‘warrior’ role

Disha Patani has often proved to be just as athletic as her male counterparts. It is no surprise that he was roped in for Dharma Productions’ upcoming action franchise Yoddha.

While Disha is passionate about martial arts and is one of those actresses who does her own stunts like she did in Malang, she is now seen with her fiery and spirited character in the action-packed film helmed by debutant director Jodi Pushkar. Will push the envelope. Ojha and Sagar Ambre.

Talking about the new development Disha Patani shared, “When I heard the script, it was an immediate yes for me for this project. This is what I was looking for and action is something I would love to do. I have started this journey with my directors Sagar and Pushkar and the entire Yoddha team. As the title suggests, it will be a completely action packed film and it is going to be a crazy ride to shoot. I am happy that I am ending 2021 on this note.”
