AB de Villiers is a cricketer who has a huge fan following in cricket and whenever one talks about Royal Challengers Bangalore, the former Proteas batsman always comes to mind. Now, the former South Africa skipper has revealed that he will definitely be around the cash-rich league next year as he would love to return to the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. However, de Villiers also said that he is not yet sure in what capacity he will join the tournament.
“I’m glad to hear that Virat has confirmed it. Honestly, we haven’t decided anything yet. I’ll definitely be around IPL next year. I’m not sure in what capacity but I’m back there Missing coming,” said de Villiers VUSport,
“I heard a little bird tweet saying that there might be some games in Bangalore. So I would love to go back to my other hometown and see the full capacity stadium in Chinnaswamy again. I would love to be back I am looking forward to it,” he said.
Earlier, RCB batsman Virat Kohli He also talked about how de Villiers could very well be with RCB in some capacity next season.
“I miss him so much. I talk to him on a regular, regular basis. He keeps texting me. He was recently in America watching golf. Augusta Masters was what I heard it was called. So he told me that he was experiencing it there. His friends and family,” Kohli had said in a video posted on RCB’s official Twitter handle.
“So we are in touch and he is very keenly looking at RCB and hopefully with some potential here next year,” he added.

While playing for RCB, the former South African star scored 5,162 runs at an average of 39.71. He also recorded three tons for the franchise.
