Xiaomi today launched Xiaomi Service+, an app to meet all the service and support needs of its customers. Xiaomi Service+ provides a wide range of support services such as device Repairs, Price Quotations, Live Chat Support and more. Customers can avail all these from the comfort of their homes in just a few clicks. The Xiaomi Service+ app can book repair requests for all Xiaomi devices, installations and demos. It can also be used to locate the nearest service center for outreach services.
Users can view spare part prices as well as warranty information for the equipment they have purchased. They will also be able to check the status of their service requests using the app.
Additionally, Xiaomi Service+ ensures that customers always have access to customer support with features like Chat with AI bot and Live Chat with Agent.
The Xiaomi Service+ app can be downloaded through Google Play or Getapps. This is the first touchpoint of service request and is supported by about 2000 service centers of Xiaomi India across the country.
